Service & Repairs

At Sam’s Furniture, we stand behind our manufacturers and their warranties. Instead of having to call a manufacturer to receive service or repairs on furniture purchased in our store, we want to help you get these situations taken care of in a timely manner.

We welcome you to contact us for assistance with warranties and repairs. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Basic description of the defect or problem
  • Order number from the upper right-hand corner of your receipt
  • Name, phone number and address the furniture was purchased under
  • Serial numbers or ID numbers located on the product

Some manufacturers might also require pictures of the defective area on the furniture.

NOTICE: Mattress Warranties

To be in guidelines with state and federal health code laws, all mattresses must be fully clean, free of any stains, and have all the legal federal law tags still attached to the mattress to be exchanged under a valid warranty.
